Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Tickr collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Tickr is a demo launchpad for bundling listed markets into positions on Solana. We keep data collection minimal and never ask for anything that could put your wallet at risk.
Information we collect
When you use the Service, we may collect:
- the public address of any wallet you connect;
- the positions and holdings you create, view, or interact with; and
- basic, aggregated analytics such as page visits and general usage patterns.
We never collect your private keys, and we never ask for your seed phrase. No one at Tickr will ever request it — if anyone does, they are trying to scam you.
How we use it
We use this information to operate and improve the Service: to show you the positions you create, display relevant token data, understand how the product is used, keep the Service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal information.
On-chain data is public
Anything recorded on the Solana blockchain, including public wallet addresses and their transaction history, is inherently public and outside our control. When you connect a wallet, be aware that its public activity can be viewed by anyone. We cannot delete or alter on-chain data.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember basic preferences, such as which wallet you last connected, so you don’t have to reconnect every visit. This data stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the Service:
- Supabase— stores position and application data;
- DexScreener— supplies token market and price data; and
- Vercel— hosts and serves the site.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share only what is needed for them to perform their function.
Data retention
We keep the information described above only as long as needed to run the Service or as required by law. Because this is a demo, data may be reset or removed periodically. On-chain data, as noted, remains public on Solana regardless of our retention practices.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time, which stops the Service from associating new activity with your address. You can also clear your browser’s local storage to remove saved preferences. Using the Service without connecting a wallet limits the information we associate with you.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
